Now is the time to sell!

With Coronavirus continuing to keep the nation locked down, and Florida on the path to re-open now is the time to sell your home. Florida has seen a surge of Buyers come to the state like we haven't seen in years and I want to help you take advantage of it!

1: Fewer Competitors In the Market

This is the major reason now is the time to sell. With all the uncertainty surrounding the current market, there is a shortage of inventory with an oversupply of Buyers making homes that do list sell much faster. Often same day sales with multiple offers!

2: Less Inventory Means Higher Selling Prices

The most recent data provided by the Pinellas Realtor Organization has average home prices up 6.2% from March of 2019. This is only set to increase as fewer homes being on the market means more bidding wars for inventory

3: Buyers Are Qualifying for Loans with the Lowest Interest Rates since 2008

Currently, we are seeing a wave of buyers jumping at the opportunity to use the lowest interest rates we have seen since 2008. Rates are currently 1% lower than last year and lenders in Pinellas County have recently given quotes as low as 2.5%!
